High Alumina Refractories

We supply High Alumina Refractory Products for many industries all over the world.

High alumina description generally means content of alumina percentage is higher than 45. How much high alumina content is bigger, that much refractoriness of refractory brick is better. High alumina refractories are widely used in industries need heat insulation. High alumina refractories are main products in many applications such as hearth and shaft of blast furnaces, ceramic kilns, cement kilns, glass tanks and crucibles for melting a wide range of metals.

High Alumina Refractory Bricks & Blocks

High alumina description generally means content of alumina percentage is higher than 45. Alumina is one of the most chemically stable oxides, and it offers excellent hardness, strength and spalling resistance. Alumina refractories are suitable for lining furnace operating up to 1850°C. Alumina refractories have the advantages of a high resistance in oxidizing and reducing atmosphere and is extensively used in heat processing industries.

Sillimanite Refractory Bricks & Blocks

Content of Al2O3 greather than 50 % or less than 60 %.  Sillimanite refractories are widely used in glass, iron & steel, petrochemical, electrical, cement, and non-ferrous industries.

Mullite Refractory Bricks & Blocks

Mullite refractory contains about 70% of alumina. They have advantages of low level impurities, excellent volume stability and high resistance to loading in high temperatures. Mullite refractories are suitable for use in electric furnace roofs, blast furnaces and the superstructure of glass tank furnaces.

Corundum Refractory Bricks & Blocks

Corundum refractory contains 99% of alumina. It has the highest strength and erosion resistant. Corundum refractories are mostly used for low temperature applications such as in chemical processes.
